Sylwia Raczyńska is an Investment Advisor with 30 years of experience in international corporations.
As a part of the investment portfolio Ms. Raczyńska ownes privately a portfolio of investment projects located in Poland
and Czechia in the field of health and beauty, biotechnology and nanotechnology, cars, yachts and planes projects, spa,
wellness, fitness and real estate (spas, sanatoria, hotels, fitness, wellness and SPA, palaces and castles, senior care houses
and other industries etc....).
Sylvia Raczyńska received a number of licenses and certificates including Candidates for Investment Advisor Diploma
by Association of Brokersand Investment Advisors (2008), Warsaw, Poland.
She also passed a state examinations in the Ministry of the Treasury obtaining Diploma of Supervisory Board Members
of Polish State Treasury Companies (1998), a state examination to render book keeping services organized by the Ministry of Finance (2002),
Sylvia completed specialized courses including Chief Accountants course by Polish Accountants Association (1995),
a courses on special economic zones, controlling and budgeting, stock exchanges and NewConnect,
alternative capital market at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Sylvia Raczyńska has developed her interest in economic psychology and behavioural sciences completing post graduate
training including psychology and behavioural finance, sales psychology and NLP/NLS, introduction to neuro-linguistic programming, management by objectives, cross-cultural public speaking, negotiations, etc.

Adam K.P. Drab, PhD
Adam Drab is a professional advisor as well as a scholar. He holds Ph. D. in management and behavioral marketing (1991)
from K. Adamiecki Economic University in Katowice (PL) and worked as Associate Professor in Academia.
He got post graduate education at Chartered Institute of Management (UK) and at Strathclyde University (UK),
where he was simultaneously a Visiting Fellow.
Adam isco-founder of Business Consulting Co. Ltd., one of the first private consultanciesin Poland.
While on his studies in UK he was also co-founder of Central Europe Trust Co. Ltd.,
strategic advisory and investment boutique located in Londonwith offices spread over Europe.
Next he moved to Barons Financial Services S.A. (Geneva, CH) and represented the company in CEE.
Adam manages Prestige Venture Capital LLC. He is also a shareholder of a few companies in life sciences,
silver economy and reclamation of hazardous waste. He is a Chairman of The Board of Directors at INDECO S.A.,producer of doors.

Jacek Matusiewicz
M.A. - English Department (at the University of Silesia), post-graduate studies in taxes and real estate (trade and management).
He used to be a university teacher, English certified translator. He was also a member of the board in both public companies
(The Upper Silesian Fund. Chemical Plants in Chorzów, The Regional Road Building Enterprise) and private ones (Silesia Capital Fund) as well as a member of supervisory boards (eg in Messer Poland – daugher company of Messer Griesheim Gmbh).
The Upper Silesian Fund and Silesia Capital Fund both work in the field of loan, private equity and venture capital funds.
He also worked for a local government in Siemianowice Śląskie -he was a councillor there as well as a director of The Development Departmen and V-ce Mayor of the town.
Now ho works as a business advisor and a cooperator in solar energy investments.
